Section 58.1
Disposition versions
58.1. Five members of the Commission shall be chosen from among persons capable of making a notable contribution to the examination and resolution of problems relating to human rights and freedoms, and five other members from among persons capable of making a notable contribution to the examination and resolution of problems relating to the protection of the rights of young persons.
58.1. Seven members of the commission, including a vice-president, shall be chosen from among persons capable of making a notable contribution to the examination and resolution of problems relating to human rights and freedoms.
Seven other members, including a vice-president, shall be chosen from among persons capable of making a notable contribution to the examination and resolution of problems relating to the protection of young persons’ rights.
