58. The commission shall be composed of 13 members, including the president and two vice-presidents.
The members of the commission shall be appointed by the National Assembly upon the motion of the Prime Minister. Such appointments must be approved by two-thirds of the Members of the National Assembly.

The members of the commission shall be appointed by the National Assembly upon the motion of the Prime Minister. Such appointments must be approved by two-thirds of the Members of the National Assembly.

58. The commission shall be composed of at least seven members, one of whom shall be the president, and another, the vice-president. They shall be appointed by the National Assembly upon the motion of the Prime Minister, for a term not exceeding ten years.
Such appointments must be approved by two-thirds of the members of the National Assembly.
The term of office, once determined, shall not be reduced.
