83. (Repealed).

83. Applications for review shall be filed with a review committee consisting of three members appointed by the Government after consultation with the most representative associations or organizations of parents, teachers, school boards, school administrators and socio-economic groups.
The Government shall appoint a substitute member to act whenever a member is absent or unable to act.

83. An appeals committee is established to hear appeals provided for in section 82. This committee consists of three members appointed by the Government after consultation with the most representative associations or organizations of parents, teachers, school boards, school administrators and socio-economic groups. The decisions of this committee are final.
