44. A French version must be attached immediately and without delay to an arbitration award rendered in English following arbitration of a grievance, disagreement or dispute, either regarding the negotiation, renewal or review of a collective agreement or group agreement, or resulting from the interpretation or application of a collective agreement or group agreement.
Such an award rendered in French shall be translated into English if a party so requests.
Any translation made under this section must be certified. The translation costs for the French version provided for in the first paragraph are borne, if applicable, by the parties; in all other cases, they are borne by the party requesting the translation.
