183. The Office may apply to a judge of the Superior Court for an injunction relating to the carrying out of this Act.
The application for an injunction constitutes a proceeding in itself.
The procedure prescribed in the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) applies, except that the Office cannot be required to provide a suretyship. The Office shall not apply for an injunction against an agency of the civil administration to which the language policy of the State applies, or against a member of that agency’s personnel.
