179. The author of the failure to comply must, within the time specified in the order, send the Office a notice outlining the measures taken to comply with the order.

179. The Commission must file with the Minister, not later than 31 October every year, a report of its activities for the preceding fiscal year.
The Minister shall table the report in the National Assembly within 30 days following its receipt or, if the Assembly is not sitting, within 30 days of resumption.

179. For their inquiries, the investigation commissioners and the inspectors delegated by them are vested with the powers and immunity granted commissioners appointed under the Act respecting public inquiry commissions (chapter C-37), except the power to impose imprisonment.
