155. An appeal lies from a decision of the Office refusing, suspending or cancelling a francization certificate.
The appeal is brought before an appeals committee established by the Gouvernement for such purpose, following the procedure it may establish.
The appeals committee consists of three members appointed by the Gouvernement.
The secretary and the other members of the personnel of the appeals committee shall be appointed and remunerated in accordance with the Civil Service Act (chapter F-3).
