154. The information and documents that an enterprise is required to send the Office under the provisions of this chapter must be sent using the forms or in accordance with the models established by the Office, except the minutes of a meeting of the francization committee.

154. The general information, the analysis of the linguistic situation and the reports provided for in this chapter must be submitted on the forms and questionnaires furnished by the Office.

154. The Office may suspend or cancel the certificate of any business firm no longer conforming to its obligations under this Act or the regulations or if French is no longer used at all levels in the firm as stipulated in section 141.
