58. The Government determines, on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Finance and the Minister, how and on what terms payments from the Fund are to be made.
The first paragraph does not apply to the payment of the sums equal to the interest referred to in section 29 of the Tax Administration Act (chapter A-6.002).
