A-5.1 - Act respecting acupuncture

Disposition versions
26. In this division,
(1) the words “register of acupuncturists” mean the register kept by the secretary of the Collège des médecins du Québec and referred to in the provisions of subparagraph c of the first paragraph of section 20 of the Medical Act (chapter M-9);
(2) the word “Regulation” means the Regulation respecting the practice of acupuncture by persons other than physicians, approved by O.C. 1299-85 of 26 June 1985, as amended.
