429.12. (Repealed).

429.12. The sums required for the application of this chapter are debited from the fund of the board.
The fund shall consist of the sums paid into it annually by the board for the purposes of this chapter, in the amount and on the terms and conditions determined by the Government.
Despite section 51 of the Financial Administration Act (chapter A-6.001), the books of account of the fund of the board need not be kept separately from the books and accounts of the board.
