424. (Repealed).

424. The president may, in order to expedite the business of the board, appoint part-time or temporary assessors and determine their fees.
Such assessors are not members of the personnel of the board.

424. In the absence of any provision applicable to a particular case, the board of appeal may, in any case submitted to it, compensate by making an order consistent with this Act and the rules of evidence, procedure and practice.
