415. A member may not, on pain of forfeiture of office, have a direct or indirect interest in any enterprise that could cause a conflict between his personal interest and his duties of office, unless the interest devolves to him by succession or gift and he renounces it or disposes of it with dispatch.

415. Upon receipt of a declaration of appeal, the board of appeal shall issue a copy to every party against whom the appeal is brought, to the review office and to the Commission.

Within 30 days following receipt of the declaration, the review office shall transmit to the board of appeal and to every party a copy of the entire record in its possession respecting the decision appealed from.

415. Upon receipt of a declaration of appeal, the board of appeal shall issue a copy to every party against whom the appeal is brought and the Commission.

Within thirty days following receipt of the declaration, the Commission shall transmit to the board of appeal three copies of the entire record in its possession respecting the matter that is the subject of the appeal and a copy of that record to each of the parties.

If the record contains computerized documents, the Commission shall transmit a written and intelligible transcript thereof.
