The amount ordered to be paid by the Commission under section 257 is payable for the period between the day the employer should have reinstated or maintained the worker in his employment or assigned him other employment, as the case may be, and the day the order is carried out or on which the worker fails to occupy the employment designated in the order after being duly recalled by the employer.
If the worker held another employment during the period described, the salary or wages he earned must be deducted from the amount payable to him.
If the worker has received an income replacement indemnity, it must also be deducted from the payable amount and reimbursed to the Commission by the employer.
