Section 224
Disposition versions
224. For the purposes of rendering a decision under this Act, and subject to section 224.1, the Commission is bound by the diagnosis and the other findings established by the health professional in charge of the worker, respecting matters set out in subparagraphs 1 to 5 of the first paragraph of section 212.
224. For the purposes of rendering a decision under this Act, and subject to section 224.1, the Commission is bound by the diagnosis and the other findings established by the physician in charge of the worker, respecting matters set out in subparagraphs 1 to 5 of the first paragraph of section 212.
224. For the purposes of rendering a decision under this Act, the Commission is bound by the diagnosis and the other findings established by the physician in charge of the worker respecting the matters set out in subparagraphs 1 to 5 of the first paragraph of section 212.
Where a referee gives his opinion pursuant to section 221, quashing the diagnosis or any other finding of the physician, the Commission becomes bound by the opinion and shall amend its decision accordingly, if necessary.
