207. Notwithstanding section 22 of the Health Insurance Act (chapter A-29), a physician who fails to furnish a certificate or report within the prescribed time loses his right to remuneration for the medical examination which ought to have been followed by the certificate or report. The Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec, on receiving notice of the failure from the Commission, shall refuse to pay for the medical examination or shall reimburse itself by way of compensation or otherwise, as the case may be.
