197. The regulations of the Régie, except those contemplated in paragraph b of section 195 and those prescribing the form and tenor of the forms and documents which may or must be used for the purposes of this act and the times when such forms and documents must be filed, must be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec with a notice that, at the expiry of thirty days after such notice, they shall be submitted to the Government for approval, with the amendments it deems expedient.
They shall come into force on the day of the publication, in the Gazette officielle du Québec, of a notice that they have received the approval of the Government or, if amended by it, of their final text or on any later date fixed in the notice or in the final text.
The regulations of the Government shall not be made except on thirty days’ notice published in the Gazette officielle du Québec, setting out their text.
Such regulations shall come into force on the date of the publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec of a notice that they have been adopted by the Government, or if amended by it, of their final text, or on any later date fixed in the notice or in the final text.
