The motion for leave to appeal must specify the questions of law or jurisdiction which ought to be examined in appeal and, after notice to the parties and to the Commission, must be filed in the office of the Court of Québec, at Montréal or at Québec, within thirty days after the date of receipt of the decision of the Commission by the parties.
The costs of the motion are at the discretion of the judge.
The decision authorizing the appeal must mention only the questions of law or jurisdiction that will be examined in appeal.
