80. (Repealed).

80. In the case of an amendment to a by-law provided for in sections 76 and 77, the first paragraph of section 123 does not apply.
Every amending by-law adopted and approved in conformity with sections 131 to 137, is deemed to be in conformity with the objectives of the development plan and with the complementary document.
