70. Within forty-five days following the expiration of the time allowed in section 69, the Minister may, on the application of a municipality whose territory is comprised in that of the regional county municipality, amend or disallow all or part of the interim control by-law.
In the case provided for in the first paragraph, the Minister must previously obtain the opinion of the council of the regional county municipality.
The Minister may, of his own initiative and within the same time, disallow the interim control by-law in whole or in part.
