26. (Repealed).

26. Subject to sections 27 to 29, the adopted development plan comes into force ninety days after the date of its service on the Minister or on the date the Minister serves on the regional county municipality a notice of his intention not to send any notice under section 27.
Notice of its coming into force shall be published in a newspaper circulated in the territory of the regional county municipality.
