207. (Repealed).
207. The Commission shall be composed of five members, including a chairman and a vice-chairman, appointed by the Government for not more than five years. The duration of their terms of office, once fixed, shall not be reduced.
Two members of the Commission shall be appointed after consultation with the organizations most representative of the municipalities and of the regional county municipalities.
