204. The council of the regional county municipality may, by by-law, fix the remuneration of its members, the additional remuneration of the members of the administrative committee, the additional remuneration of the delegates of the regional county municipality and the additional remuneration of the warden.
The council may, by by-law, order the reimbursement of expenses incurred by its members to attend sittings of the council, its committees or the board of delegates. The by-law may prescribe the cases and the terms and conditions of reimbursement.

204. For the purposes of the application of this act, the warden and the members of the council of the regional county municipality are remunerated according to the rules prescribed by the Government.
