191. Where a full-time officer or employee of a municipality becomes employed by a regional county municipality on the occasion of an acquisition of jurisdiction pursuant to section 189, the social benefits accumulated to the credit of that officer or employee are transferable, at his request, on the conditions fixed by the Régie des rentes.
The social benefits provided for in the preceding paragraph include those accumulated in a retirement fund, plan or fund administered by the employer, by the employer and the employees or by a third party on behalf of municipal officers and employees.
