182. (Repealed).

182. The petition shall be sent to the Minister and must be accompanied with a certificate from the clerk or, as the case may be, from the secretary-treasurer of the petitioning municipality, attesting the passing of the by-law and certifying that the procedure provided for in sections 178 and 179 has been duly followed.
