171. Except the municipalities mentioned in Schedule A to the Act respecting the Communauté urbaine de Québec (chapter C-37.3), to the Act respecting the Communauté urbaine de Montréal (chapter C-37.2), and to the Act respecting the Communauté urbaine de l’Outaouais (chapter C-37.1), local municipalities and unorganized territories form part of the territory of the regional county municipalities for which letters patent are issued pursuant to section 166.
