148.0.0.1. The council of a regional county municipality may, by by-law,(1) establish a land development advisory committee composed of the number of members it determines, including at least two who are members of a municipal council from different municipalities, the other members being chosen, following a public invitation for applications, from among the residents of the territory of the regional county municipality, provided those members are the majority on the committee;
(2) empower the committee to establish its rules of internal management; and
(3) provide that the term of office of the members must not exceed two years and that it may be renewed.
