95. A victim working without pay in a family enterprise who becomes unable to perform his duties is entitled to be reimbursed for the expenses he incurs during the 180 days following the date of the manifestation of the injury to cover the cost of the workforce required to perform his duties.
Such expenses, up to $564 per week, shall be reimbursed on the presentation of vouchers.
