356. The Regional Government shall not in any way alienate moveable property the value of which, according to the manager’s report, exceeds the amount of $500, or otherwise alienate immoveable property, except by auction, by public tenders or in any other manner approved by the Commission municipale du Québec.
Subject to the first paragraph, the executive committee may sell any moveable or immoveable property the value of which, according to the manager’s report, does not exceed the amount of $10 000.
The Minister may, from time to time, increase the amounts prescribed in this section.
