V-1.3 - Act respecting off-highway vehicles

Disposition versions
148. The Act respecting off-highway vehicles (chapter V-1.2) is replaced by this Act, except for the provisions of sections 2, 2.0.1, 3, 12.1 to 12.1.3, 18.1, 21.1 to 21.3, 21.7, 21.8, 21.10, 22 and 28.1, which remain in force until the first regulation under this Act is made amending the Regulation respecting off-highway vehicles (chapter V-1.2, r. 5).
In the case of a contravention of any of those provisions, offenders are liable to the fines prescribed by the Act respecting off-highway vehicles, as it read on 9 December 2020.
