149. Unless the context indicates otherwise, in any Act or any other document, a reference to the Act respecting off-highway vehicles (chapter V-1.2) or to any of its provisions replaced by this Act becomes, as the case may be, a reference to this Act or a reference to the corresponding legislative or regulatory provision.
