7.1. (Repealed).

7.1. Notwithstanding the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (chapter S‐29.01), the Authority may authorize a legal person other than a trust company governed by the said Act to act as trustee of an unincorporated mutual fund in accordance with the Civil Code.
