302. The Authority must, no later than 31 July each year, submit to the Minister a report of its activities related to the administration of this Act for the preceding year.
The Minister shall table the Authority’s activities report in the National Assembly within 30 days of its receipt or, if the Assembly is not sitting, within 30 days of resumption.

302. Every year, before the end of June, the Commission shall remit to the Minister a report of its activities for the preceding fiscal year.
The report of activities must be tabled before the National Assembly within thirty days of receiving it if the Assembly is in session or, if it is not sitting, within thirty days of the opening of the next session, or of resumption.
