151. The Authority, after verifying that the candidate meets the conditions fixed by regulation, shall grant registration where, in its opinion,(1) the candidate or, in the case of a legal person, its officers and directors have the competence and integrity to ensure the protection of investors;
(2) the candidate is solvent and, in the case of a legal person, has adequate financial resources to ensure the viability of his business.
The Authority may impose any restriction or condition it determines on the registration of a candidate, including limiting its duration.
