The disclosure scheme provided for under this title does not apply in the case of an option or a futures contract pertaining to securities, a Treasury bond futures contract, an option on a commodity futures contract or financial instrument futures contract, or an option contemplated in subparagraph 8 of the first paragraph of section 1.
