66. The Minister of Energy and Resources, or any officer or agent under him, authorized for that purpose, may grant licenses to cut timber on the ungranted lands of the Crown, at such rates and subject to such conditions, regulations and restrictions as may, from time to time, be established by the Government, and of which notice shall be given in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
The provisions of section 30 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to licenses to cut timber.
