161. The Government may make regulations respecting:(a) the distribution of plants or forest seeds and the lending of machinery;
(b) the encouragement to be given by way of reward in money for the work of tree-planting and the maintenance of plantations;
(c) the conditions which the persons claiming such rewards must fulfil;
(d) the mode of execution of the work of tree-planting, the conservation of plantations and cutting or other forestry work;
(e) the conditions on which a person involved in the development and enhancement of a wooded area may qualify as a timber producer and obtain a timber producer’s certificate;
(f) the classes of persons who are not entitled to obtain a timber producer’s certificate;
(g) the form and content of the documents necessary for the purposes of subparagraph e.
Such regulations shall come into force on the day of their publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on any later date fixed therein.
