133. Every train conductor, every person in charge of a locomotive engine or any other machine used on any railway passing through a forest shall see that all the appliances provided for in section 132 are used and applied, so as to prevent the unnecessary escape of fire from the engines, machines or cars and, on failure to do so, the offender commits an infringement and is liable to the penalties provided in section 148.
