246. The Government may, by regulation,(a) determine the terms and conditions of payment of pensions and contributions;
(b) fix the rate of computation of interest in the cases contemplated in sections 231, 240, 242 and 244;
(c) for the application of the second paragraph of section 244, determine the terms and conditions according to which a judge may make payments to the consolidated revenue fund and the rate of interest he must pay on these amounts;
(d) determine the other rules necessary for the application of this Part and in particular specify, for the application of section 236, the scope of the expression “educational establishment” and “invalidity”.
Any regulation comes into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on a later date fixed therein.
