200. Before making an order in accordance with section 199, the Government must comply with the prescriptions of Part VI.4.
Such an order comes into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or any earlier or later date specified in the order.

200. The clerk shall also make to the Minister of Justice, in accordance with such instructions as may have been given to him by virtue of the regulations made under the provisions of section 205, a return of all matters submitted to the justices of the peace for whom he is clerk, or of the fact that no matters have been submitted to them.
