135.2. (Replaced).

135.2. The rules of practice made by the judges of the Provincial Court under section 135.1 are submitted to the approval of the Government and come into force ten days after publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
Immediately after such publication they must be copied into the registers kept for that purpose by the clerks, and notice thereof must be posted in the office of the court in each of the districts where they apply.
