125. Within six months of its formation, the committee shall submit a report of the recommendations it considers appropriate to the Government.
Within 30 days of receipt of the report, it shall be tabled before the National Assembly if it is in session or, if it is not sitting, the report shall be tabled within 30 days after the opening of the next session or after resumption, as the case may be.

125. The Provincial Court shall consist of 158 judges appointed by the Government, by commission under the Great Seal, namely: a chief judge, a senior associate chief judge, an associate chief judge and 155 puisne judges.
Such judges shall be chosen from among the advocates of at least ten years’ practice and they shall cease practising their profession upon their appointment; the Government may consider years of practice the years during which a person acquired pertinent legal experience after obtaining a diploma of admission to the Bar or a certificate of competence to practise the profession of advocate.
Such judges shall perform their duties in the judicial districts assigned to them.

Under section 116b inserted in the Courts of Justice Act (Revised Statutes, 1964, chapter 20) by section 145 of chapter 20 of the statutes of 1977, a judge of the Youth Court may, at his request and within the prescribed periods, be appointed to the Provincial Court by the Gouvernement.
Under this section 116b, five judges of the Youth Court have been appointed to the Provincial Court, therefore the number of judges of the Provincial Court must be correspondingly increased. (1977, c. 20, s. 145).
