115. The Government shall fix, by order, the salary of the judges and the additional remuneration attached to the office of chief judge, senior associate chief judge, associate chief judge, coordinating judge or associate coordinating judge. Once fixed, the salary and amounts of additional remuneration cannot be reduced.
Beginning one year after the last change in salary provided for by order and until the coming into force of a new order, the salary shall be increased annually by the same percentage as the percentage representing the increase of the indemnity of the Members of the National Assembly for the current year.
