Section 88.5
Disposition versions
88.5. After consultation with the public transit authorities, the Minister shall establish the conditions of payment to these authorities of the amounts which are credited to the Land Transportation Network Fund under section 88.4.
Despite section 49 of the Financial Administration Act (chapter A-6.001), the amounts required for payments under this section are taken out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund. Such payments must nevertheless be included, in accordance with section 47 of that Act, in the estimates for the Land Transportation Network Fund.
88.5. After consultation with the public transit authorities, the Minister shall establish the conditions of payment to these authorities of the amounts which are paid into the Land Transportation Network Fund under section 88.4.
88.5. After consultation with the public transit authorities, the Minister shall establish the conditions of payment to these authorities of the amounts which are paid into the Road and Public Transit Infrastructure Fund under section 88.4.
88.5. After consultation with the public transit authorities, the Minister shall establish the conditions of payment to these authorities of the amounts which make up the fund for the contribution of motorists to public transit.
