61. (Repealed).
61. The Tribunal shall have all the powers necessary to exercise its jurisdiction and it may in particular, within the scope of the regulations, make any order it considers appropriate to safeguard the rights of interested parties. It shall determine the costs in every matter it is called upon to decide.
