7. (Repealed).
7. Every by-law adopted after 19 December 1975 by an agency or association of carriers regrouped by prescription pursuant to paragraph a of section 6 shall, before coming into force, be approved by the Minister.
The Minister may approve the whole or part of a by-law contemplated in this section. He may also withdraw approval from the whole or part of any by-law approved under this section; the by-law or the part of the by-law from which approval is thus withdrawn shall be null from the date fixed in a notice of such withdrawal of approval published in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
