65. The Corporation may establish a bureau for the examination of grievances in each municipality where a program contemplated in section 51 or section 64 has been carried out; for such purpose it shall designate not less than three nor more than five persons to meet at least once a month to hear any person who occupies or has made an application to occupy low-rental housing provided under such programs and who has submitted to it a grievance relating to the administration of the building in which such a housing is situated.
In lieu of establishing a bureau for the examination of grievances in each municipality mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the Corporation may entrust to a bureau thus established the examination of grievances from one or more other municipalities.
