45. The Superior Court, at the instance of the municipality or of the Corporation, may order the demolition or the restoration to its original condition, at the cost of the owner of the land, of any structure erected or alteration made in contravention of this act or of a renewal program ratified by the Government. Such recourse shall be prescribed by six months from the end of the work.
