41. (Repealed).

41. The by-laws of the municipality contemplated in the last paragraph of section 32 and which accompany a renewal program submitted to the Government by the Corporation shall come into force at the time when the territory in which they are to apply is declared a “renewal zone” and shall prevail, in such zone, over all existing by-laws, which are amended accordingly.
