40. (Repealed).

40. The approval of a renewal program by the Corporation shall not be valid unless confirmed by the Government, upon a recommendation of the Conseil du trésor; the Government shall then declare the territory covered by the program a “renewal zone”.
A notice of such declaration shall be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
